800 Car Stereo Inc. is always commited to bringing you the best shipping rates possible, we offer UPS and USPS shipping methods to fit your preference and your satisfaction.

During thecheckout process, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. We also offer Estimated Shipment through our Estimate Shipment feature.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Three Day Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 1:00 p.m. PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays within the United States.

Standard Ground, normally 3-8 bus. days
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Three Day Ground, normally 3 business days
3 Day Ground, normally 3 business days Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Three Day Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Second Day air, normally 2 business days
2nd Day Air, normally 2 business days Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Second Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Next Day air, normally 1 business day
Next Day Air, normally 1 business day Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Next Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Alaska or Hawaii
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS Second Day Air service.

P.O. Boxes in the U.S. - USPS Priority Delivery, normally 5-10 business days
Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority Service, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 5-10 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For all P.O. Box Shipment Addresses we do not use UPS only USPS
The following items cannot be shipped via USPS Priority mail at this time: items over 70 lbs., freight-only items and flammable items. You may also contact us before ordering while shipping to a PO Box address (This may cause delays in your shipment)

Military APO / FPO Addresses - USPS Parcel Post Delivery
Most items may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post Service, but some restrictions apply. The following items cannot be shipped via USPS Parcel Post at this time: items over 70 lbs., freight-only items and flammable items. Please make sure you contact us before placing an order and shipping to a Military APO / FPO Addresses (This may cause delays in your shipment)

Canada - normally 3-8 bus. days
Most items may be shipped to Canada via UPS Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Note: Brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes, may apply to international orders and are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery. 800CarStereo.Com does not calculate these fees at the time of order, and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please inquire with local customs authorities for more information regarding applicable fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders. Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only. 800CarStereo.Com cannot refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order. Please take note an UPDATED CONTACT PHONE NUMBER is needed for all Canada based shipments.

Returns & Replacements

No returns can or will be accepted without prior authorization from our RMA Department. To request a Return Authorization Number for a WARRANTY issues please open a TICKET and state your WARRANTY CLAIM or email us customersupport@800carstereo.com or visit http://www.800carstereo.com/helpdesk directly and our friendly representative will help you in opening a ticket. Our repair policy is valid for the first year of purchase date, upon receipt of the item our in-house technical department will inspect the product for product problems/defects and upon determining the problem we will then ship it out to the manufacturer for final repair, if item has physical damage or has been damaged due to ware and tare we may contact the customer to inform them of the status and if customer is aware of the physical state of hi/her merchandise 800 Car Stereo Inc. will process the item for repair and will ship  back to the customer in the physical state it was received. (It is 800 Car Stereo Inc. sole discretion on handling items/merchandise for repairs) - Repair process may take up to 2-6 weeks depending of the extent of the damage/defect or availability of parts, this will differ from manufacturers - Prior to sending the item back for repair you may contact us to help you determine a repair time frame.
Shipping charges are not refundable; unless product was damaged during shipping process. All items must be shipped freight prepaid through UPS, double-boxed with the given Return Authorization Number displayed in plain sight on the outside of the package. All of our warranty items will be returned (via UPS) freight prepaid. A copy of your 800 Car Stereo Inc. invoice MUST be included with all returns for credit and will be subject to a fee of 18%, minus shipping and handling. Merchandise must be in "new" or "like-new" condition to be accepted by our Returns Department. Returns will be credited at the sale price on the invoice (less if any fees apply). If no invoices or receipts are included with the returned package, 800 Car Stereo Inc. will issue a credit at the current selling price of the product or the price at the time of sale of the product, whichever is lower.
All items must be returned complete, with every accessory, manual and given equipment that it came with. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited, unless proof is given otherwise that the damage happened during our shipping process. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge of $25 and up for the replacement of any missing accessories. Items returned damaged and or abused will not be accepted and will be shipped back at your cost. If the product is defective 800 Car Stereo Inc. will have it repaired for you and ship it back in the same condition in which we received it.
Note: The 18% re-stocking fee only applies to returned purchases requesting a refund for a non-defective product, if customer claims item(s) was/is damaged to avoid the re-stocking fee and upon inspection turns out to be a false claim, customer will be contacted and be given options to receive the item back at customers shipping expense or have it re-stocked and be charged with the 18% re-stocking fee. It is 800 Car Stereo Inc. finally decision to determine the validity of the customer claim.

 

PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty Policy (Brand New Items Only)
All "BRAND NEW" unless otherwise noted carry a 1 year limited warranty from 800 Car Stereo Inc. you may contact us to find out about your product warranty details. Depending on the manufacturer and the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded (specific policies do apply).
800 Car Stereo Inc. warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered in any way. Warranty is also voided due to user abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation.
The warranty does not cover:
* Misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation.
* Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being blown, burned or abused. Please view our Abuse and Installation Error Policy
Merchandise Returns Abuse and or Installation Error:
800 Car Stereo Inc. defines abuse of product as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Items submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty by our RMA Department. 800 Car Stereo Inc. will not be held liable for loss of use, installation, removal and reinstallation charges associated with the defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed will no longer be carried under warranty, and no credit or exchange will be given or made. It is highly recommended that you get your equipment professionally installed to prevent such loss. All returns, exchanges and refunds are processed within 2 weeks upon receiving the item. Please allow 2-6 weeks from the time you return your item for your refund or exchange to be seen. If you are expecting a REFUND and paid using a credit card, please allow 2 full billing cycles for the credit to appear on your card statement.

All merchandise pricing found on 800CarStereo.Com website may change at anytime withour prior notice. Promotions are offered at a one time deal only and is non negotiable nor it is convertible into cash.
